 “today  is  a  landmark  day,  I  have  officially  joined  Instagram,  BUT  on  my  own  terms.  I  do  not  own  a  smart  phone  and  refuse  to  own  one  for  many  reasons.  My  wife  will  be  occasionally  uploading  real  life  pics,  vids  and  commentary  on  this  profile  using  her  smart  phone.  Enjoy!”   –  November  2016   

 “I  ditched  my  Smartphone  (Blackberry)  in  March  2013.  All  I  have  had  since  is  a  phone  that  calls  and  has  SMS  function.  When  someone  messages  me  it  costs  them  $2.00,  because  I  have  a  UK  SIM  in  Singapore.  It  also  costs  me  $2.00...,  but  thats  fine.  Why?  because  when  people  realize  it  costs  them  $2.00  every  time  they  send  me  a  message  because  they  get  a  whopping  bill  the  following  month,  they  stop  trying  to  have  useless  and  time  wasting  chats  with  me  i.e.  sending  me  unimportant  messages.  They  now  only  send  important  messages  that  get  straight  to  the  point  about  what  they  want.  I've  trained  my  "network"  to  leave  me  alone  unless  they  have  something  important  to  discuss.  If  it  is  important  we  arrange  and  schedule  a  call.  If  its  an  emergency  they  call  me  or  I  call  them.  Ditch  the  Smartphone!  You  will  become  100  times  more  productive  than  you  are  now  and  all  losers  in  your  life  will  deselect  themselves  from  your  process...,  and  by  the  way,  my  Wife  has  a  Smart  Phone  and  uploads  these  messages  to  IG...,  because  i'm  so  productive  she  doesn't  necessarily  have  to  be”–  June  2018

“A  reminder  of  where  it  all  began  on  Wall  Street  back  in  the  Summer  of  2000  at  Goldman  Sachs.  I  saw  this  Subway  sign  from  back  in  the  day  up  for  sale  at  an  auction  site  a  few  weeks  back,  made  a  sealed  bid  for  it  and  won.  I  saw  this  sign  a  few  times  a  week  during  that  summer.  Its  going  on  my  office  door  at  home  as  a  daily  reminder  of  how  far  you  can  go  in  life  if  you  work  your  ass  off,  take  calculated  risks  and  have  no  fear.  Plus  it  also  has  real  sentimental  value.  Love  this  purchase!”–  November  2016
